Our Industrial Services
1. Land Development
Land development is altering the landscape in any number of ways such as : Changing landforms from a natural or semi-natural state for a purpose such as agriculture or housing. Subdividing real estate into lots, typically for the purpose of building homes.
2. Industrial Area Grading
Grading in civil engineering and landscape architectural construction is the work of ensuring a level base, or one with a specified slope, for a construction work such as a foundation, the base course for a road or a railway, or landscape and garden improvements, or surface drainage.
3. Area Leveling
Levelling is a process of determining the height of one level relative to another. It is used in surveying to establish the elevation of a point relative to a datum, or to establish a point at a given elevation relative to a datum
4. Excavation
Excavation and trenching are among the most hazardous construction operations. OSHA defines an excavation as any man-made cut, cavity, trench, or depression in the earth’s surface formed by earth removal.
5. Back Filling
Backfilling is the process of reusing or replacing the soil that is removed during the excavation of foundations, ground bearing slabs or other groundworks to support and strengthen a structure. It protects foundations and forms part of the substructure of slabs, roadways, walkways and other groundwork elements. Dec 9, 2020
6. Wet Mix Macadam
Wet Mix Macadam consist of laying spreading and compacting of clean, crushed, well-graded granular materials on a prepared and approved Granular sub-Base. The material is well mixed with water and rolled to a dense mass. The thickness of single compacted Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) Base shall not be less than 75 mm
7. Road Construction
We build most reliable roads using the best quality raw material and efficient workforce.
8. Soling
Soling is the process of hand packing rubble stones one adjacent to another, to provide a stable base to the foundation and footing, before concreting work. Rubble or boulder soling is done to enhance the bearing capacity of the soil, where hard strata are not available.
9. Concrete
Concrete roads fall under the category of high quality/superior type of roads built with cement concrete. These pavements may or may not be provided with sub-base/base courses, and they may be constructed directly over a well-compacted soil subgrade.
10. Footing
Footings are an important part of foundation construction. They are typically made of concrete with rebar reinforcement that has been poured into an excavated trench. The purpose of footings is to support the foundation and prevent settling. Footings are especially important in areas with troublesome soils.
